1. Road Package Booking & Payment Schedule
To confirm your road pilgrimage reservation, an advance booking token of 25% of total package cost is required. 50% is payable 15 days prior to arrival date, and the remaining 25% balance is payable upon vehicle boarding at Haridwar, Rishikesh, or Dehradun.
2. Helicopter Package Cancellation & Weather Contingency
Helicopter operations in the Garhwal Himalayas are strictly subject to Director General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) weather clearances and UCADA permissions. In the event of flight cancellation due to inclement weather, dense fog, or technical restrictions:
- Passengers are provided full refund of the unutilized flight sector as mandated under civil aviation carrier guidelines.
- Ground logistics, road taxi standby, and hotel charges incurred during the standby period remain applicable at actuals.
3. Road Delays & Unforeseen Landslides
While Garhwal highways are continually maintained by BRO under the All-Weather Road Project, mountain landslides can occasionally trigger temporary diversions. Our chauffeurs maintain live radio contact with police checkposts. Any additional room nights necessitated by road blockades are coordinated at negotiated rates.
